Our Policy
Deposit Policy
▪️ A non-refundable $23 deposit via Cash App, Apple Pay, or Zelle is required to secure your appointment and will go towards your total. You must send a screenshot of your deposit being paid.
Rescheduling & Cancellations
▪ Reschedule at least 24hr in advance!
▪ Cancellations or reschedules made less than 24 hours will result in a forfeited deposit
Late & Arrival Policy
▪ A 10-minute grace period is allowed. After 10 minutes, a late fee may apply ($15)
▪ Arriving 5-10 min prior your appointment is best to avoid rushing your service / plan accordingly
Squeeze-Ins
▪ Same day squeeze ins /after hours squeeze ins ($25)
Payment
▪ Cash is preferred the day of your appointment
Preparation & Guests
▪ Arrive with clean lashes, I don't mind makeup (no mascara!!)
▪ Avoid caffeine before your appointment.
▪ No extra guests unless approved.
Lash Fills
▪ Fills must have at least 40% of lashes remaining (less than will be considered a full set!)
